HGS maintains 60,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing facilities and offers regional support with two locations. The engineering/design center in Seattle, Washington specializes in turnkey design projects for OEMs and Tier One suppliers ranging from tool design and FEA analysis to complex, automated positioning and reconfigurable work holding systems. The machining, fabrication, and assembly facilities in Southeast Michigan fabricate customer and HGS designed tooling and manufacturing solutions for carbon fiber, aluminum and titanium products. HGS also engineers and produces tooling and automated systems for fastener install, fiber placement, sealing applications and other complex aerospace automated systems.
